Samsung Washing Machine Drum Shakes Violently and Won’t Dry
I purchased a Samsung WW11BBA046SABAH washing machine about one year ago, and the product is still under warranty. However, the machine is now experiencing serious issues: the drum moves excessively, makes very loud noise, and does not perform any drying at all. This problem has been ongoing for approximately five days, and we are unable to use the machine.
Five days ago, we submitted a technical service request and a service record was created under reference number 4291898512, but since then we have not received any response from anyone. The weekend passed in between, and as of Monday it will be almost a full week without any action. During this time, we contacted the company nearly 20 times, and every time we were dismissed with statements such as “your request has been prioritized” or “a new request has been created.” Even when we contacted the head office, we could not reach a clear point of contact and received no concrete assistance.
For my washing machine, which is still under warranty, I request that technical service be dispatched as soon as possible and that the machine be repaired urgently. Instead of being continuously delayed, I want my issue to be taken seriously and resolved immediately.
