Samsung UE75BU8000UXTK TV Remote Control Problem

I bought a Samsung UE75BU8000UXTK TV in July 2023. After using it for two months, the solar-powered remote control started freezing. I told Samsung Turkey Customer Service about the problem on October 20th. They accessed the TV from a distance and said that the issue might be with the remote. They promised to send a new one. But, even though it's been a while, the new remote still hasn't shown up. Every time I called, they said they would call me back, but nobody ever did. I called the Consumer Rights Association today, and they told me that I can return a defective product without any conditions during the warranty period. I'm planning to exercise my legal rights by returning the product and I'll never buy a Samsung product again.
