Samsung TV+ App Fails: Superonline Support Ineffective
Hello, I'm having a problem with my Samsung Smart TV. The TV+ app won't open. The customer service from Superonline has been useless. I can't figure out if the problem is with the TV or the app, but TV+ hasn't given us any solution, which feels like a waste of the money we paid for the subscription. I've tried reinstalling the app on the TV multiple times, but it still won't open. I really need help right away and a solution for this issue.
