Samsung Staff Gave Us Misleading Information, Offered Empty Gift Cards
We bought a TV on third of April. The service for the service with what is it called the service came and they gave me three gift cards. They said we're part of a campaign. Each card was valued at 2000 Turkish lira. We applied for the campaign. We got the confirmation on 5 April today is May 17. And our Visa gift cards are still at a zero balance. I called Samsung since 15th of April. Nobody got back to me. They kept saying that they would get back to me then my husband called and he was told they would return his call that same day. They did not. Still it has been one month and 15 days the cards have zero account balance. We were told that they were going to take the money back in two days if we did not use it, but they didn't put the money on the card from the beginning. So we decided to sue Samsung. Hope putting this complaint here helps because there are lots of complaints about the campaigns they have.
