Samsung's Failed Gift Card Offer

I bought a Samsung television two months ago. Throughout the process, they assured me that I would receive a gift card worth 2750 TL within 21 days. However, for the next two months, they kept telling me to wait, claiming that the process was still in progress. "We deposited your money on July 6th," they say now. If you haven't used it within a month, it has expired due to a time limit," as if mocking me, with no prior information or even sending the money. It's extremely frustrating to see them use the gift card expiration as an excuse when they never kept their end of the bargain. Exasperating is their lack of transparency and fulfillment of their promise.
