Samsung and EasyCep Have Not Completed My Galaxy Z Fold 5 Trade In Payment

I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 7 from Samsung’s official online store and it was stated that my old phone, the Galaxy Z Fold 5, would be taken by EasyCep. About one and a half months ago, they collected my Z Fold 5, conducted a valuation, and offered ₺40,000, which I accepted. However, despite the time that has passed, they still haven’t made the agreed payment. For 1.5 months, they have repeatedly given the same excuse: “due to system malfunctions, payment delays may occur.” Yet, the contract clearly states: “After the participant approves the valuation result via SMS, the payment for the old device will be transferred to the bank account shared by the participant on the website directed by EasyCep within 1 (one) business day.” (Transaction/Contract No: EC250808001781293648). What makes this even more concerning is that this company continues to operate integrated into the official sales channel of Samsung Turkey. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved and the payment be deposited into my account without further delay.
