Samsung TV Purchase at Media Markt Comes with Unfulfilled Gift Promise




I purchased an S90CA 65 TV from Media Markt at Mersin Forum Mall on 29.08.2023. Originally, I intended to buy a different TV, but due to the insistence of the staff on a campaign, I ended up with this television. After the setup, a Media Markt employee claimed that there was a gift, a Delonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB Fully Automatic Espresso Machine, and applied for it. They assured me it would arrive within 60 days. The only email I received during this period stated that my application had been received. However, when I called Samsung customer service to inquire, they claimed there was no such record and that I had not applied. This situation is professionally deceptive and leaves Samsung customers feeling misled and victimized.
