Amazon Order Marked Delivered to Wrong City

I placed an order on Amazon under order number 113-0611415-5523432, but my package was never delivered to me because it was shipped to the wrong city. According to Amazon’s tracking information, all the items in this order, including the Switch 2 case, were marked as delivered on Tuesday, September 1, even though I did not receive anything. The order shows as delivered in your system, but the shipping address used was not my correct city, so the package went somewhere else. I have proof from the tracking and delivery confirmation emails that the order was marked as delivered, even though it never reached me. I request that this issue be resolved by either issuing a full refund for all the items that were sent to the wrong city, including the Switch 2 case, or by resending all of them to my correct address as soon as possible. I expect support in correcting this mistake and ensuring I do not suffer a loss for a delivery problem that was not my fault.
