Samsung Sold Me the Top Air Conditioner but Gave No Support
I bought an air conditioner from a Samsung dealer, and the most expensive model at that. I trusted the brand name, so I didn't have to find out, and they said our service centers do all kinds of installations. But the service came, and they said, "I can't handle it," and left. The service system installation, with its somnolent tone, escalated people's frustrations with its incompetent and incompetent answers, saying, "If you want to return it, call me back to resolve the problem." I've never experienced such a ridiculous service method in my life. The dealership installation said they could find out and find out, but predictably, they never called back. I said, "If you had provided additional information, you should have sold me the product as is." I got the parting information from the service department. If they had told me, I would have paid for it. Samsung companies that work late at night offer free breaks, and such problems don't occur during installation. What a shame for your name.
Thank you
