My Samsung S20+ Screen Shows Vertical Lines After Update But Warranty Has Expired


I used a Samsung S7 Edge for about 3 years, and eventually, the well-known issue of a vertical pink line appeared on the screen. Since the screen replacement was expensive, I later purchased a Samsung S20+. I chose this model specifically because I trusted the Samsung brand and expected a better experience. After a software update, a vertical green line appeared on its screen, which Samsung replaced free of charge. I appreciated the support at the time and hoped the issue was resolved for good. However, this morning I noticed a new pink line on the screen. I haven’t even dropped the phone once—there’s not even a scratch on it—yet I’m dealing with another recurring issue. I’m requesting a solution, please.
