

I got a refurbished Samsung S20 Plus from Getmobil, and now I'm dealing with a persistent green screen problem on it. I contacted them about the problem, but they said it was my fault and hit me with a repair fee that's almost as much as the phone costs. This green screen issue is a common problem with this model, and it's not fair to expect customers to pay a hefty fee for a defect that isn't their fault. I’d like to ask that this issue be seen as a manufacturing problem and that the repair fee be dropped. I'd really appreciate it if we could get this sorted out quickly.
