Samsung Refuses to Replace My Galaxy S23 Screen Despite No Damage

67

For about 20–25 days, I have been experiencing a color change issue on the lower half of the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S23. I bought the device brand new and have never faced such a problem before. There is absolutely no impact, crack, or damage; my phone has never been dropped or exposed to any impact. After the issue began, I submitted my device to the Istanbul Pendik Samsung service center under warranty with the online number 4288531549. However, the service claimed the screen had been damaged by impact and said it was not covered by the warranty, offering only a paid repair. In reality, my device has no damage of any kind. Furthermore, the service provided no solution or support other than paid repair. My expectation from Samsung is that my screen be replaced free of charge under warranty and that my grievance be resolved. I kindly request your support on this matter.
