Samsung RT50K6000S8 Fridge Rusting - Warranty Refusing Repair
I have been using a Samsung RT50K6000S8 fridge for about four years and, despite taking normal care, I have been experiencing a serious rust and decay problem on the doors and front area for the last two years. We only clean the fridge with rags as part of regular household cleaning, yet the metal surfaces on the front and doors have visibly decayed and rusted, which is not what I expect from a product of this brand and age. Although my fridge is under an extended warranty, when I contacted Samsung by phone and over the internet, they did not accept responsibility for this issue and did not offer a solution. I find it unacceptable that a fridge with extended warranty coverage develops rust and decay on the exterior surfaces while being used and cleaned under normal conditions, and that the brand refuses to resolve it. I kindly request that Samsung take responsibility for this situation and provide a free repair of the rusted and decayed areas of my RT50K6000S8 fridge under the extended warranty, or offer an equivalent solution if repair is not possible. I expect this problem to be handled seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
