Samsung Refused to Replace My Faulty Dryer and Offered Only a Repair

I bought a Samsung dryer just 2.5 months ago, and unfortunately, it stopped working in such a short time. I contacted the headquarters, and they told me that instead of giving me a new product, they would just fix the faulty one, referring to their customer satisfaction policy. I'm disappointed with Samsung for thinking I would just accept a repaired item after buying a brand-new product. It’s very frustrating to deal with a product that broke down so fast, and not having a good solution makes me doubt the brand. I thought I would get better service from a company like Samsung, and this experience has really made me reconsider buying from them again.

I have also provided my contact information. The device has been in service since November 18th. It arrived today, but the device was sent back to me with a different issue. The delivery people recorded a video and took it back. Additionally, the dust compartment of my device, which I sent in perfectly clean condition, came back full of dirt, and a photo of this was taken as well. How much longer will you continue to cause me problems? Please respond urgently.
