Samsung Refrigerator Freezer Won't Freeze, Makes Loud Noises
After ten months, it started acting up and causing me a lot of trouble. I kept requesting a replacement, but this tech service was useless. It aggravated me. The fridge was fixed and returned to us, but the problems continued. It failed two months later. This issue messed up my chronic illness. My fridge-stored medicines spoiled, which sucked. Because of that, I went too long without my vital medications. Samsung really messed up. I felt totally screwed by their indifference. Samsung wouldn't admit their product was defective, even though I kept asking for a replacement. Instead, they kept fixing it, which was frustrating and uncertain. Samsung said, "Nah, it's all good," when the fridge made loud noises. That's normal." That's it. I had to leave and become an earthquake victim on February 6. Now I can't even go to the consumer arbitration committee to resolve things. It's awful. My bottom freezer stopped cooling, ruining all of the meat stored inside. Samsung won't replace the fridge despite my complaints. After the warranty expires, I'll probably have to buy a new fridge and pay for repairs. I'm exhausted and hopeless.
