Ercan's Thank You Message
Dear Samsung officials, I have been waiting for your review and response for 2 days. You only sent one message and then withdrew. I expect you to call me as soon as possible and provide a solution to my problem.

I purchased the Samsung QE50Q60TAUXTK 50" 125 cm 4K QLED model TV from Hepsiburada on May 2, 2021, with a warranty set until July 15, 2023. Recently, however, a thin line appears on the screen for 2 seconds, then disappears and reappears repeatedly. I've taken meticulous care of the TV, and it's never been hit or come into contact with liquid. Surprisingly, I discovered numerous complaints online from other users who were experiencing the same issue, most of which were related to panel malfunctions. Given that this TV has only been used to turn on and off on a TV stand, the situation is far from normal. It's even more disheartening to learn that this appears to be a recurring problem for many users, with complaints piling up, particularly after the warranty period has expired. My previous Samsung TV served me well for 12 years with no problems, but this Smart TV upgrade was a letdown. Samsung, a brand I trusted and adored, has disappointed me. My refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave oven have all lost faith in them. I strongly urge Samsung to address this issue as soon as possible by providing free repairs or a replacement. If no resolution is provided, I will file a complaint with CIMER, approach the Consumer Arbitration Board, and raise my voice on social media. "Say No to Samsung" will be my rallying cry until this situation is resolved. If necessary, I am prepared to sue Samsung for selling defective and faulty products and leaving customers in utter dismay. I expect Samsung to accept responsibility for their manufactured goods and to provide the assistance they claim to provide.

Samsung says it will repair a TV with a panel fault for 11,000 TL, even though the warranty expired 2 months ago. Does a TV's panel break down in 26 months? You are producing and selling defective goods to the Turkish people. Many of the complaints here are the same. Also, let me say this: while you fix the same issue for some people for free, why don't you do it for others? If I have any rights over you, I do not forgive you. It's a shame, a big shame. I will never buy anything from the Samsung brand again, nor will I let others buy.

Samsung QE50Q60T QLED TV Unusable Display After Limited Use

"The service performed a fault diagnosis, and the result was disappointing: the panel price is 22,000 TL. It is currently at the solution center; I hope the Samsung company stands by its product and replaces the panel. They claimed a 10-year screen warranty for the Samsung QLED TV, but what difference does that make for screen burn-in? If you are so confident in your screen, should we intentionally burn it? I don't understand; we will wait and see."
