I Demand a Free Replacement or Full TV Exchange From Samsung

On 06.01.2021, I purchased a Samsung television, model code QE55Q67AAUXTK and serial number 070T36MRB00033P. After an inspection by authorized personnel, it was diagnosed with "Thin horizontal lines on the screen. Colors are distorted on the left side of the screen," and it was stated that the panel needs to be replaced, with a price of ₺16,350 as of 23.08.2024. During my discussions, which began on 05.08.2024, I mentioned that the product is still very new and that the issue started much earlier, but it only became visibly noticeable and bothersome at this point. I requested that the brand stand behind its product and replace the panel for free. After the discussions, I was informed that the panel could be replaced with a 50% discount, but I did not accept this. Why should I? If the television I purchased for a substantial amount of money has a panel defect within such a short time, this is the responsibility of the brand. I am now continuing my fight from here and telling the authorities: Stand behind your product and repair it for free or replace the TV. The local brand Vestel offers a 3-year warranty. What does this mean? It means that a panel doesn’t just fail on its own; if it does, it’s a manufacturing defect. Given your market share in TV sales, such issues shouldn’t even be a topic of discussion, and the brand should take ownership of these minor issues. In conclusion, I am requesting a free panel replacement for the TV. If this is not possible, I am requesting a replacement of the television.
The relevant people called and informed that there would be no different application and that they would not provide free repairs. Let this matter stand here as it is. Look at the situation the big brand has fallen into.
