Kadir's Thank You Message
The service performed a fault diagnosis, and the result was disappointing: the panel price is 22,000 TL. It is currently at the solution center; I hope the Samsung company stands by its product and replaces the panel. They claimed a 10-year screen warranty for the Samsung QLED TV, but what difference does that make for screen burn-in? If you are so confident in your screen, should we intentionally burn it? I don't understand; we will wait and see.

I purchased the Samsung QE50Q60T 50" 125cm Satellite Receiver 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV on 06/05/2021. The warranty has expired, and the device has been scarcely used since its purchase. Recently, upon turning it on, I noticed horizontal lines appearing in the middle and upper part of the screen. The service team created a repair record, but from customer complaints, I learned that the cost of replacing the panel and labor equals the TV's original price. Charging such an amount for a sparingly used television repair is beyond belief. We trusted this brand when making the purchase, but the outcome has been disappointing. I'm seeking assistance from Samsung in this matter.

Samsung contact center called me. They told me to take it to the service center, have a report prepared, and that they would contact me again later. So, I went to the service center today and had the device diagnosed. Now I am waiting for them to call me back.
