Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 Failed Just After Warranty

I purchased a Samsung 32-inch Odyssey Neo G7 4K UHD 165 Hz gaming monitor and used it without any issues for approximately 2 years and 4 months. However, in June 2026, while I was gaming, the monitor suddenly powered off and has not turned on again since. The device suffered a complete hardware failure only four months after the expiration of its two-year warranty, which I believe is unacceptable for a premium product in this price range.
After the failure, I contacted Samsung, and I was referred to an authorized service center. The service center informed me that, because the warranty had expired, any inspection or repair would only be performed as a paid service. At this point, I have not received a detailed technical diagnosis identifying the failed component or a repair cost estimate. I was simply told that the repair would not be covered under warranty.
I live in Turgutlu, Manisa, Türkiye, and I am extremely disappointed that a high-end monitor such as the Odyssey Neo G7 experienced a sudden and complete failure after only a little more than two years of normal use. For a premium product of this quality and price, I believe consumers should reasonably expect a much longer service life.
I respectfully request that Samsung review my case as an exceptional goodwill warranty claim and provide either a free repair or a replacement monitor, considering that the failure occurred only a few months after the warranty expired and that the monitor failed completely during normal use without any misuse or physical damage.
I also request a detailed written explanation of the cause of the failure, the results of the technical inspection, and the proposed resolution. I hope Samsung will offer a fair, customer-focused solution that reflects the quality and reputation of its premium products.
