On February 26, 2026, I purchased a 27-inch Samsung 4K OLED monitor from Vatan Bilgisayar. From the very first day of use, I noticed a serious display issue, including a dusty and sparkling/grainy effect on the screen that directly affects image quality. This problem has persisted without any improvement.
I took the monitor to an authorized Samsung service center, where they inspected the device and returned it to me, stating that the issue had been resolved. However, after bringing it back home and continuing to use it, I clearly saw that the problem was not fixed. In fact, the dust-like and sparkling effect on the screen became even more noticeable.
For a monitor at this price level, such a display defect is completely unacceptable. I believe the product is defective. At this stage, I do not want another repair attempt or further service intervention.
I request a full refund for the monitor and the return of the product, as I no longer have confidence in its quality.
