It is important to thoroughly research a Samsung monitor before making a decision. Samsung, particularly in Turkey, is a brand that poses challenges due to its insufficient technical support. In addition to an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved, the most frustrating part is that my paid programs were deleted in a manner that cannot be recovered. Once the panel and motherboard were replaced, the service returned the monitor to me, assuring me that all necessary tests had been carried out. Unfortunately, because the panel is not recognized by the motherboard, it is not possible to make any adjustments. After contacting the technical service once more to address their errors, the team proceeded to reformat the monitor. On top of the ongoing problems, the monitor's language is now permanently set to Korean. Over the past week, I've been stuck waiting for assistance from someone at the center, and unfortunately, my issue still hasn't been resolved. I am unable to maximize the potential of the monitor, leading to frequent disruptions in my work. Even after asking for a replacement, my situation continues unchanged. Choosing Samsung is a disappointing decision.

I've been stalling for 2 months. Unfortunately, the Bilecik Samsung service used to be the Bosch service that replaced refrigerator motors and had knowledge of electronics and software. Even Bosch has deactivated this service. The problem with the monitor is chronic, and I am requesting a replacement. The monitor has been serviced three times for the same issue, twice at the service center; they keep stalling to avoid granting my right to a replacement.
