Samsung Level Earbuds Quality Disappoints, Warranty Not Honored
The product they've created has a tendency to deteriorate within a relatively short period of time, even with a few accidental drops. I've also tried the lower model, and I must say, it was quite underwhelming as well. It's worth noting that the Samsung earbuds were returned by the service center due to reasons related to usage, even though they come with a two-year warranty. I've had a rather disappointing experience with the durability of these Level series products. I'll make sure to include the product images from the service once they arrive.
