Samsung Galaxy Buds FE Wireless Earbuds Review

I highly discourage purchasing Samsung Galaxy Buds FE wireless earbuds due to their persistent problems. I bought them on December 26, 2023 and had to send them to the technical service on February 22, 2024 because I was experiencing a problem with the volume. It's frustrating because I've only used them about 10 times. I was told by the technical service that the earbuds cannot be repaired and will most likely be replaced. On February 27, 2024, I got a notification saying that the process was finished and the earbuds had been replaced with brand new ones. Unfortunately, the volume reduction issue resurfaced after just 3 uses. So, on March 23, 2024, I reached out to the service once more with the identical issue. The service's response indicated that the issue was caused by a mistake on the user's part. They requested ₺1064.93 to cover the cost of repairing a single earbud. Even though I shelled out ₺1415.83 for a pair of earbuds, I was still expected to cough up ₺1064.93 for the defective one. In addition, it is completely unacceptable to ask for such a high price for a single earbud that has only been used 3-4 times and has not been dropped or damaged in any way. Ultimately, Samsung fell short of meeting my expectations when it came to the earbuds, and I cannot recommend them due to recurring problems.
