Samsung Sent Back My Buds 3 in the Same Box After Service Instead of Replacing Them
I bought Samsung Buds 3 headphones. After 2 weeks of use, I sent them to the service because of the crackling and signal sound in the left earbud. Although they said that a brand new sealed box product would come, only the headphones were changed and they were sent back to me with the same box. I requested that the device be replaced with a higher model, but since the sealed box product did not come, it was not possible to replace it with a higher model. I have been using Samsung devices for years, but I will cut ties with them from now on because of this problem.
Samsung Buds 3 is a regret. I sent them to service twice, and each time they said they replaced them and sent them back, but when the noise cancellation is on, there is a crackling and signal noise. The sound from the right earbud has started to come through very faintly, and personally, I own the entire Samsung ecosystem. Samsung is not standing behind their product. I am requesting a solution.
