Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!


I bought a Samsung TV from zmir Optimum on December 20, 2022. In November, I submitted an application for the cash-back campaign using my charged card and was subsequently emailed a confirmation. After a month, the promised reward sum still hasn't been added to my card. It's annoying that Samsung would advertise a deal like that if they weren't going to follow through on it. It's frustrating that I have to contact them to complete a task that should be handled mechanically. I hope that we can get everything sorted out as quickly as possible, Samsung would fulfill its promotion without further disappointing their consumers, otherwise I say it's annoying to be duped and to be deprived of the benefits I was promised. I'm crossing my fingers that Samsung will fix this for its users.
