Samsung Delayed Activating My Gift Card for the TV I Purchased at New Year

The gift card that was included with the TV I bought from Samsung around New Year is still not activated. I was informed that I would receive the gift card during the installation of the TV, but unfortunately, that did not occur. It took 20 days to get the CTS card, and now I've been informed that it will take another 10 days to load the money onto it. Even though I've stressed how urgent this issue is, I still haven't received any solutions, and I can't seem to get in touch with anyone who can help. The delay and unresponsiveness in addressing this issue have been quite frustrating. Please activate the gift card as soon as possible, as I need to use it. Thank you! I was really surprised to have such a disappointing experience with a brand like Samsung.
