MediaMarkt Did Not Load the Gift Card for My Samsung QE55S90 TV Purchase

On 24.11.2024, we purchased a Samsung TV (model QE55S90) from the MediaMarkt store as part of a ₺5000 gift card campaign and paid the full amount. However, the Ininal card we received arrived empty. We were later informed that only ₺2750 could be loaded onto it. They sent a second card, and the plan was to load ₺2500 + ₺2500 across both cards. As of today, the ₺5000 that was supposed to be loaded onto the cards still hasn’t been credited. We’ve contacted customer service multiple times and were always told that the issue would be resolved soon. Despite all the time that has passed, we still haven’t received the promised amount. We feel deceived and believe this conduct does not align with fair commercial ethics. We expect Samsung to make this right. Does a globally trusted brand really not have the means to pay ₺5000? Or are such campaigns just a tactic to lure customers in? Who is holding our ₺5000? We simply want what we were promised.
