Samsung Z Flip 3 Screen Completely Failed After Just 6 Months
I purchased a Samsung Z Flip 3, and within a few months, visible marks began to form along the fold lines. Eventually, the screen stopped working entirely. When I took it to the service center, they claimed it was due to user error and offered a discounted replacement instead of a proper repair – which I found unfair and expensive. This phone has completely deteriorated in less than six months. It’s now unusable and just sitting at home due to a total screen failure. The screen is entirely black and non-functional. I deeply regret buying this series. It’s unacceptable that such an expensive device can’t even last half a year without major issues. Samsung, this needs to be addressed seriously. Customers deserve better than being blamed and offered paid solutions for what seems to be a product flaw.
