Samsung Fails to Honor Promotional Offer

I bought the Samsung model 85qn900b TV. At the time I bought it, there was a Paracard campaign that would give me 20,000 TL, so I signed up. Only 5,000 TL were added to my account after a month. I talked to Samsung by phone more than once about this missing amount. During our first talk, they said that the wrong campaign application had been sent in and that it couldn't be fixed. When I said I wanted to return the item, they quickly fixed the wrong application and told me that the remaining 15,000 TL would be refunded after the holiday, on the Friday after the holiday. But the credit that was promised has still not been given. Samsung doesn't do what they said they would do in their campaign.

You still haven't provided a solution. On June 23rd, you said that you made the necessary arrangements regarding the issue and that the Paracard loading would take place on July 7th. You can't even answer the question of why it hasn't been loaded. Please fix this problem that you caused yourself.
