Samsung Victimizes Its Customer With Campaign Deception!


On June 18, 2023, I purchased a Samsung S95B brand OLED TV. I was told that there was a campaign for the television I purchased and that a money card worth 3500 TL would be given to me. The necessary applications were made, but after the service that installed the product delivered the money cards to me when I asked if I needed to do anything with these cards to participate in the campaign, they said that I did not need to do anything. Since I knew that a second code should have come before, I called the Samsung solution center again and asked where I could find the second code since no code had come to me. It was said that the issue would be examined and returned to me from the solution center. However, later on, no informative return was made, something like “if you have applied, money will be loaded on your card within 3 weeks” was said which did not contain clear information about my situation. After waiting for these 3 weeks, I called Samsung again about the fact that the money was not loaded. The official at Samsung said that I did not have any application for the campaign and that nothing could be done since the application period expired on July 16. I was victimized because proper information was not provided on time.
