Delayed Gift Card Fiasco at Samsung 75Qn85c TV Purchase

I bought the Samsung 75Qn85c TV for ₺6000, which came with a ₺6000 gift card. They sent the card after about 1-1.5 months, and to my surprise, they also deposited ₺3000 separately. It was like a joke. When I pointed out the missing amount, they assured me it would be deposited. It's been two months, and in this time, every call has been met with the same response: "It'll be deposited on Friday," they say, claiming they've reported the issue to their colleagues. It's become a never-ending game of delay tactics. I'm fed up with this; it's Friday again, and the money still hasn't arrived. When I call, they ask, "Has the money been deposited?" as if they don't know. Samsung, resolve this matter! You're not a small shop! This marks my third TV purchase from Samsung in recent times!
