Samsung Eco Bubble Washing Machine Rusted on the Front Panel
We purchased our Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine approximately five years ago. Rusting and corrosion on the front panel started within the first few years and has continued to worsen over time. The same issue existed while the machine was still under warranty, but we did not request service at that time. Currently, the front surface is severely rusted and corroded.
After experiencing this problem, we contacted Samsung customer service, who referred us to an authorized service center. The service inspected the machine and claimed the issue was user-related, stating it may have been caused by environmental conditions. As users, we genuinely cannot understand what we could have done to cause only the front panel of a washing machine to corrode. We used the appliance properly in a normal home environment, yet we still experienced this level of deterioration, which we find unacceptable.
The service center requested approximately $164 to replace the front panel. Although the warranty period has ended, we do not want to pay this fee because the rusting and corrosion started much earlier and clearly point to a material or exterior quality defect, not user error.
I request that Samsung re-evaluate this case, stop classifying the rusting and corrosion as user fault, and replace the front panel free of charge. As a long-time Samsung customer, I expect this issue to be resolved with customer satisfaction in mind and for the inconvenience we experienced to be fairly remedied.
Progress
I have been using a Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine for about five years. Even while the product was still under warranty, rust started appearing on its front surface; we thought it would stop over time, but the rust problem grew and now the front of the machine is noticeably rusted.
About three weeks ago I contacted Samsung service, and they asked me for photos. After inspection they said the rust could be due to user error and demanded a fee of 5,000 TL for replacing the front surface of the machine. Even though we use the machine properly, carefully, and in a standard way, I absolutely do not accept the problem being evaluated as user error and such a high fee being requested. I previously wrote a complaint about the same issue on Şikayetvar, but no solution was provided.
Since the first signs of rust appeared while the product was still under warranty, I request that, as a matter of good faith, the rusted front surface of the machine be repaired or replaced free of charge. I live in Yenişehir, Mersin and I ask that my grievance be resolved.

Despite how many months have passed, we haven't been able to find a contact; no one is getting in touch. They dump everything onto the customer and shift all responsibilities onto them.
