I have been using a Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine for about five years. Even while the product was still under warranty, rust started appearing on its front surface; we thought it would stop over time, but the rust problem grew and now the front of the machine is noticeably rusted.
About three weeks ago I contacted Samsung service, and they asked me for photos. After inspection they said the rust could be due to user error and demanded a fee of 5,000 TL for replacing the front surface of the machine. Even though we use the machine properly, carefully, and in a standard way, I absolutely do not accept the problem being evaluated as user error and such a high fee being requested. I previously wrote a complaint about the same issue on Şikayetvar, but no solution was provided.
Since the first signs of rust appeared while the product was still under warranty, I request that, as a matter of good faith, the rusted front surface of the machine be repaired or replaced free of charge. I live in Yenişehir, Mersin and I ask that my grievance be resolved.
