Samsung Withdrew My Unused Promotion Balance on İninal Card After TV Purchase
I purchased a Samsung OLED TV from Media Markt. At the time of purchase, Media Markt informed me about a promotion by Samsung. As part of the promotion, they registered me for an İninal Card and loaded a balance onto it. However, the balance for the product I bought on November 11 was only credited on December 23-24 due to incomplete application issues and other delays. During this time, I repeatedly followed up through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp to have the balance credited. On January 24, since the usage period had ended, the remaining balance on the İninal Card, which I hadn't used, was withdrawn. Despite contacting Samsung and explaining that delays might have been due to the busy holiday season, I was told by a representative (claimed to be a manager) that the balance could not be credited, citing strict policy rules. I made it clear that if this issue isn’t resolved, I will stop using Samsung products and advise others, including my friends and family, to do the same. I hope this negative experience will be addressed with a customer satisfaction-focused approach.
