Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Screen Bubble Issue Reappeared After Repair



I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 8 months ago, and the folding section developed a bubble. I sent it in for repair under warranty, and it was returned the same day. However, the very next day, the same bubble reappeared in the exact same spot. I work in a corporate environment, so it's difficult for me to take time off, but I can’t use the phone in this condition. Since it’s still under warranty, I brought it back to the service center for the second time and requested a refund if the issue persists. Later, a team leader called to inform me that my refund request was denied. Now I’m stuck with a ₺43,000 phone that has a defective, unclear screen. I will never buy a Samsung phone again. A company that doesn’t acknowledge its own flaws and can’t perfect its foldable screen technology has lost my trust. I will file an official complaint.
