DHgate Confirms Order Cancellation but Withholds $47 Refund

I canceled my order for a car cushion, order number 317965988881, that I purchased through DHgate, but the amount I paid was never refunded to me. I've been wronged because the payment for this purchase, totaling $47, hasn't been credited back to my account for a long time.
Despite the cancellation, the system on the seller's side shows the product as canceled, but the payment refund hasn't been processed. I also can't find a clear point of contact on DHgate's side that I can reach, so I'm unable to find out what stage the process is at, and my situation continues unresolved.
I've been waiting for my refund since 03/31/2026. I'm requesting that the $47 for this order, whose cancellation has been confirmed, be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that my situation be resolved.
