DHgate Refuses Refund 3 Months After Customs Duty Forces Bag Return

I placed an order for a bag through DHgate from a seller named "dhwanglijia" on 11/19/2025. My order number is 315077307659. After the product entered Turkey, I was hit with a very high customs duty. Since I didn't find it reasonable to pay that amount, I had to return the product instead of accepting it.
Even though the product was returned, 3 months have passed and I still haven't received any refund. When I reached out about this to both the seller and DHgate customer service, they told me they wouldn't be able to issue a refund, and the issue was left unresolved.
I'm requesting a full refund of the amount I paid for this order, which I wasn't able to receive due to the customs duty and which was subsequently returned.
