Samsung QN70F TV Arrived With Warped Screen - Replacement Requested

I purchased a Samsung QN70F television on 27 November 2025. During installation, the authorized Samsung service noticed that the screen of the TV was crooked/warped and immediately identified this as a defect. The service team took photos of the issue and informed me that they would discuss the matter with the factory and get back to me, but I have not received any response since. Because the product was clearly defective from the very first installation and this issue was identified by the service itself, I do not accept a repair for a product that arrived faulty. I request that my defective Samsung QN70F television be replaced with a new, fault-free unit as soon as possible and that the replacement process be completed without further delay.

The service came for the brand new TV and documented that it was crooked. But Samsung still says it could be normal and does not offer a replacement. My advice to those considering buying Samsung is that the TV is nice, but keep this kind of grievance in mind. If I were to buy again, I would look at X brand TVs that stand behind their products.
