Samsung Sells Secretly Defective Products

In July 2023, the service was purchased brand new from a Samsung Dealer. In November 2023, light beams and darkness appeared in a certain place on the panel of the QLED QE85QN90CA model 85-screen TV. When a request was made to Samsung services regarding this issue, no warranty process was made, on 28.08 2024, 27.08. Based on our request dated 2024, the Samsung authorized service carried out the necessary checks to see what was wrong with the device. The authorized service stated that the TV panel was defective and that the repair of the panel was done only once. Although the product in question was prepared brand new with a 2-year warranty, Samsung does not stand behind its product. The products are sold as goods secretly at home. They make you pay new money for the product and send you defective goods, then they don't stand behind it.

Even though my warranty had expired, my panel malfunction was fixed twice and I was not charged. +The customer representative lady personally took care of the situation and called each time to inform me that they were following up on the process. I especially appreciate this as well. Unlike the usual customer representative cases, it’s great that she was the only one following up on the issue.
