Samsung 65Q80AAA TV Panel Malfunction

There is an obvious problem with the screen panel in the video that I'll add, and I have a Samsung TV with the model number 65Q80AAA. The service, on the other hand, asserts that there are no issues with the device and even requests payment for its provision. We put a significant amount of faith in Samsung as a brand known for producing high-quality goods, and as a result, we purchased one of their products. Because I can't get in touch with anyone to discuss this issue, I'm finding myself both frustrated and embarrassed. I have investigated and tried every possible resource in an effort to get help.

I previously wrote here from Samsung's own solution center. My device has gone to technical service twice. Each time, I was told there was no issue with the device, and it was returned to me without any intervention. Moreover, I was charged a service fee each time, adding to my inconvenience. Now, after two services, I am sending you a new video as evidence that the service said there was no issue. My television is not in a usable condition; this problem recurs periodically, making it impossible to watch TV. Please either fix the device's issue or replace it.
