I Get Constant Restart and Static on My Samsung Q60A TV—Out of Warranty

3

We purchased our Samsung Q60A TV three years ago and used it without any problems—until now. We were very satisfied with the TV’s performance, picture quality, and reliability. But just last night, things changed completely. When we turned it on as usual, it worked fine for a while, then suddenly the screen turned to static (snow), shut itself off, and restarted automatically. This cycle repeated over and over.

We immediately called the authorized Samsung service, but they claimed they had never encountered this issue before. However, with just a quick online search, we found that many other customers have experienced the exact same problem—so this is clearly not an isolated case.

Since our warranty has expired, the service center refused to cover any repair costs. But this isn’t a user error or damage—it’s a serious technical fault that multiple users have reported. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a well-known and trusted brand fail to acknowledge a pattern of product failure.
