Samsung Charging Full Price to Replace Faulty Panel on My 55QN90A Post-Warranty

I bought a Samsung 55QN90A TV, and right after the warranty expired, I encountered a significant panel defect. Samsung support told me that resolving this well-known issue would set me back almost the cost of a brand-new TV. It's frustrating to be hit with such a ridiculous charge for a device that failed on its own, especially right after the warranty ran out and without anything I did wrong. For a week now, my retired mum, who mainly finds joy in watching TV, has been without her sole source of entertainment. This whole situation has really shaken my trust in Samsung, and I think it's important to share my experience with others. I think Samsung needs to step up and offer a reasonable resolution here.

They do not accept that the panel malfunction, which occurred as soon as the warranty expired, is chronic. If you don't want a product that will become useless after two years, don't buy or recommend Samsung, it's a waste of your money. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and if necessary, I will dedicate myself to proving that this issue is chronic by giving the money I would spend on panel replacement to a lawyer.
