Disappointing Experience With My Samsung QN90B TV – Panel Issue

I purchased my 65-inch Samsung QN90B TV in December 2022. The device suddenly malfunctioned without any external impact — the screen keeps flickering on and off. I am the sole user of the TV, and since I live at a different address, it has been used only occasionally. It is quite disappointing and surprising that such a serious issue occurred in less than three years and with such limited use. When I contacted the authorized service, I was informed that the problem was with the panel, and the replacement cost would be almost equivalent to the price of a new TV. After doing some research online, I found that many other users have experienced similar issues. I chose Samsung because I trusted the brand and paid above the average price for a high-quality product. Therefore, I find it unfair that the product has failed in this way and that such a high repair cost is being requested. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved and for assistance with the repair of my television. I expect the brand to stand behind its product in a situation like this. If contacted, I can also provide the service report and a video showing the issue. Thank you.

Samsung Neo QLED is such a poor manufacturing. You will be highly disappointed and frustrated in couple of years with lot of issues. Request everyone to don't fall for Samsung brand, it's not Durable. Even if you go for extended warranty, they won't have the part in couple of years and would pay you depreciated price refund.

Same issue and same model QN90B 55 inch, such a poor manufacturing. Brought in July 2023, issue started in Feb 2026 i.e. within 2.5 years. Flashing ON and OFF and unable to control brightness, cost of replacement almost 70K. Went for premium TV considering it would last until 5 years but Samsung put down. Going to dump in garbage and going to switch to LG brand. SAY NO TO SAMSUNG AND WILL NOT RECOMMENDED ANY OF MY FRIENDS.
