Disappointing Experience With My Samsung QN90B TV – Panel Issue

I purchased my 65-inch Samsung QN90B TV in December 2022. The device suddenly malfunctioned without any external impact — the screen keeps flickering on and off. I am the sole user of the TV, and since I live at a different address, it has been used only occasionally. It is quite disappointing and surprising that such a serious issue occurred in less than three years and with such limited use. When I contacted the authorized service, I was informed that the problem was with the panel, and the replacement cost would be almost equivalent to the price of a new TV. After doing some research online, I found that many other users have experienced similar issues. I chose Samsung because I trusted the brand and paid above the average price for a high-quality product. Therefore, I find it unfair that the product has failed in this way and that such a high repair cost is being requested. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved and for assistance with the repair of my television. I expect the brand to stand behind its product in a situation like this. If contacted, I can also provide the service report and a video showing the issue. Thank you.

"The reason I chose Samsung was its quality, and now I also distinguish it from other brands because of its after-sales services. They responded with a tradesman mentality. Even though my warranty had expired, my panel malfunction was fixed twice and I was not charged. +The customer representative lady personally took care of the situation and called each time to inform me that they were following up on the process. I especially appreciate this as well. Unlike the usual customer representative cases, it’s great that she was the only one following up on the issue. Note: +I bought 5 pieces of Samsung white goods this week, got carried away and bought for the other house too 😁 I hope we won’t be let down and your after-sales support continues..."
