Poor Customer Satisfaction and Frustration with Samsung TV Support
Samsung TVs have terrible customer service. They only care about making the sale and then completely ignore you afterward. There isn't any solution or help available - it's just a lot of regrets. I bought a TV with an 8-year-old 121-inch screen, but now it's impossible to watch. I've reached out to customer service several times, but instead of helping me or offering a solution, all they say is, "We get where you're coming from." This has been a really terrible experience. Buying a TV is a big deal, and it's only fair to expect it to last a while and have good customer support. Samsung should deal with these concerns quickly and give a solution. You shouldn't take a loyal customer's trust for granted.

How many times have we contacted you, and what solution have you found? We said Samsung is a good brand, their TVs don't break down, and that Samsung values its customers. We bought a TV from you, but I wish we hadn't. Neither the TV nor the service is good. When I first turn on the TV, the screen keeps flickering for the first 5 minutes and then it shuts off by itself. This is the so-called quality TV we bought from Samsung. Samsung's goal is just to take your money. I will never buy a product from Samsung again. I will tell everyone everywhere not to buy it.
I would like to thank Uğurcan from Samsung customer service for his attention and efforts to resolve my issue. However, the TV I bought 8 years ago requires a panel replacement, and the service asked for 14,500 TL for this, which is the price of a new TV. Wow, look at Samsung. I checked the reviews, and everyone is complaining like me. I wish I had bought a lesser-known brand instead of thinking Samsung was of high quality. I'm sure it would have been better than Samsung. Samsung has made me regret my decision, and I will never buy Samsung again.
