I bought a Samsung TV 8 years ago, and its screen broke. They gave me a new screen for a fee, but they said it was broken and a new one had arrived. I used it for about 2 years, and according to my calculations, the screen broke 3-5 days before the warranty. The service came and said there was no warranty. When I first called Samsung, they said it was under warranty. The service came, and they said there is no warranty. They want 12k. They want money for the screen every 2 years. Then your products are faulty. You are selling defective products. I don't have to pay money, so stand behind your product.
