Skechers Refused My Warranty Claim for a Shoe That Opened at the Toe

I am writing regarding a pair of Skechers shoes (Product Code: 51591TK NVOR) that I purchased from the Venezia Viaport store on April 19, 2026.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the shoes. However, after only a short period of normal use, the toe area of one shoe began to separate. This was unexpected and disappointing, especially because I work in an office environment and have never used the shoes under heavy or demanding conditions.

Three days after noticing the issue, I returned the shoes to the store for inspection. After the evaluation, I was informed that "no manufacturing defect was found."

I do not believe this conclusion accurately reflects the situation. Since the shoes were used carefully and only in a normal office setting, I do not believe the separation at the toe was caused by misuse or improper handling.

I genuinely like the product and would like to continue using it, but I expect the defect to be resolved. Therefore, I respectfully request that the shoes be repaired, replaced, or, if neither option is possible, that I be provided with an appropriate refund.

I kindly ask that my case be reviewed once again with customer satisfaction in mind and that a fair solution be offered to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.
