OmeTV Applied an Incorrect Underage Ban to My Account

I have been using Ome TV on my iPhone through the Google browser, and today I suddenly received a ban on my account with the reason stated as “underage.” I am actually over 18 and meet your age requirements, so this ban is incorrect in my case. The warning appeared today after I showed my 5‑year‑old cousin on camera a few times during use. I assume that the system may have misinterpreted this and flagged my account as belonging to a minor, even though I am an adult and the account belongs to me. I request that my account and access to Ome TV be re-evaluated and that the “underage” ban be lifted as soon as possible.
