Warranty Decline on Samsung TU8000 TV
Regarding my broken Tu8000 TV, I was unhappy with the lack of communication. One month has passed since I first contacted Samsung to report the problem, and despite repeated assurances that I would hear from someone there, I have heard nothing. The fact that my TV's warranty had expired only three months before the issue began to develop is even more concerning. When a company like Samsung fails to respond to customer concerns like mine in a timely and effective manner, I have to wonder what value it actually provides. Having a company that should be able to help me with my issue completely ignore me is incredibly difficult. The led panel on my TV is painful, and I want Samsung Turkey to fix it as soon as possible.
