Samsung Odyssey G3 Monitor Screen Cracked Under Its Own Weight

I purchased my Samsung G3 Odyssey monitor from Hepsiburada. On Sunday, October 26, 2025, I simply laid the monitor flat on the desk to remove the DisplayPort cable without applying any pressure, yet the panel cracked under its own weight. I find this completely unacceptable—spending ₺5000 for such a fragile panel is disappointing. Since the product is new and under warranty, I believe it may be a manufacturing defect. I haven’t yet contacted Samsung or Hepsiburada customer service; this is my first time reporting the issue. I’ve misplaced my order or invoice number, but I can provide it if contacted. I request a free repair, replacement, or refund and expect a prompt resolution.
