My Samsung 55QN85D TV’s Voice Command Doesn’t Work and Support Is Ignoring Me

I am extremely frustrated with my Samsung 55QN85D television. The voice command function simply does not work. For the past two days, I have been calling Samsung customer service. Each time, they promise that a remote connection will be established to solve the issue — but no one has called, no one has followed up, and the problem remains unresolved.

I expected much better service from a brand like Samsung, especially for a premium TV model. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the situation by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I fully intend to pursue my rights if necessary.

Samsung must immediately contact me, properly address the voice command malfunction, and ensure that the feature works as advertised. I expect fast and serious action — I will not accept being ignored any longer.
