My 6-Month Old Samsung Phone Went to Service Three Times
I paid more for a Samsung phone so I wouldn't have to deal with problems, but it has been a nightmare. My six-month-old phone has been to service three times, but all they did was reset it and give it back. I even got insurance to make sure nothing would go wrong, but it still doesn't work right. During calls, the connection comes and goes, and I can't talk. I tried using different carriers, but the problem still happened. I have a hard time connecting to the internet, and in many places the signal is weak. The other person's voice isn't clear, and I have to use the speakerphone, which isn't working right either. It has already been changed once, and it will be changed again. The receiver sometimes works, but most of the time it doesn't. The phone freezes, and it takes a while for the camera to open. When I try to delete pictures from the gallery, it freezes and moves slowly. I have almost no space left on my phone, and every time I send it to service, I lose all my apps, including banking and stock apps. I feel like I've been hurt badly on all sides.
